My background is 20 years of senior engineering and architecture across a range of products and teams. The last 3 years I've worked specifically on SaaS billing — pricing migrations, Stripe integrations, entitlements, grandfathered plans, and the operational reality where billing systems meet finance, CRM, and reporting. The longer engineering base is what makes the billing work hold up; the focused recent years are what made it the thing I do.

I'm not a pricing strategist. If you need to decide what to charge, I'll point you to people who do that well. I do the work after the strategy is set: the operational and engineering reality of making a new pricing model actually work without breaking your customers, your finance team, or your data.

I run Billing Atlas as a solo advisory practice. I take 2–3 engagements at a time. I work directly with founders, CFOs, RevOps leaders, and pricing consultants who need a technical partner.
